Rental Bikes for Everyone, from Beginners to Experienced Riders!
You can enjoy our services without bringing anything
No Special Cycling Gear Required! No special preparation is necessary. As long as you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, you’re good to go. We provide all necessary accessories, such as locks, lights, and smartphone holders (for hybrid bikes only), so you can enjoy cycling easily. Additionally, helmets are available for rent. We can also store large items for you at our shop, except for valuables. Although not mandatory, having a backpack, eyewear, and gloves (work gloves are also fine) can be convenient.
Rent High-Quality GIANT Road Bikes
As an authorized GIANT dealer, we primarily rent GIANT road bikes, hybrid bikes, and e-bikes (electric bicycles). Many of our rental bikes are equivalent to the models we sell, offering the latest performance features for a comfortable and exhilarating ride. Many customers rent bikes to consider them for purchase.

While road bikes and hybrid bikes can go faster than regular bicycles, our staff will thoroughly explain how to operate them when you rent, so there’s no need to worry! If you can ride a regular bicycle, you can ride these bikes too, so rest assured!
For Safe Use
Please obey traffic rules and be mindful of your speed. Do not ride on unpaved roads or engage in dangerous cycling behavior. To ensure a comfortable experience for all our customers, we perform regular maintenance on our rental bikes.
Process from Reservation to Return
１.Reservation
Please enter the required information in the reservation form and submit your reservation. We will contact you within two business days to confirm your reservation. Reservations can also be made by phone at (045-620-3771).
２. Store Visit
After completing a simple procedure, you will pay the rental fee and receive instructions on how to operate the bike. Please allow enough time for your visit.
３. Departure
Once the procedure is complete, our staff will adjust the bike’s saddle height and other settings to suit you. Please adhere to traffic laws and cycling etiquette while using our bikes. If you plan to cycle outside the city, please ensure that your route matches your fitness level and skills.
４. Return
For customers with a 4-hour rental, please return the bike by the specified time.
For customers with a full-day rental, please return the bike by 7 PM on weekdays and by 6 PM on weekends and holidays.
Our staff may inspect the bike upon return. If you have experienced any falls or malfunctions, please inform us.
About Reservations
- Reservations can be made from 2 to 60 days before your departure.
- If you wish to rent for the next day or same day, please call the store.
- Reservations tend to fill up quickly on weekends, holidays, and during extended holiday periods, so we recommend booking early.
- We accept same-day rentals, but priority will be given to customers with reservations.
- To ensure that as many customers as possible can use our service, please refrain from making reservations as placeholders.
- Depending on the details of your reservation, we may contact you by phone for confirmation.
About Rental Cycles
- Our sports bikes do not come with mudguards, so please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty, especially on days following rain.
- None of our bikes have baskets, so please carry your belongings in a backpack or leave them at the store.
- We will adjust the bike to fit you, so please be sure to visit the store in person for your rental.
- If you bring your own SPD pedals, we will replace them for free.
- Using the bikes for racing or disassembling them for travel is prohibited.
- Our rental bikes do not include insurance for traffic accidents involving personal or property damage. If desired, please arrange your own insurance coverage before the rental date. (If you are unsure where to get insurance, please contact our store.)
About Clothing
- Our sports bikes do not have covers for the chain or gears. To prevent clothing from getting caught, we recommend wearing pants with tapered cuffs or leggings.
- Sneakers or sports shoes are recommended. Riding with high heels or sandals can be dangerous.
- We recommend using a backpack or a shoulder bag that won’t interfere with your riding.
About Liability Waiver Coverage
All bike models include liability waiver coverage, so you can enjoy your road biking experience with peace of mind.
About Reservation Changes
Please contact the store to inquire about changing your reservation date and time. Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate your request.
About Cancellation
Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons such as weather or illness will generally not incur any charges. However, there may be other customers who wish to use the bike. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so that others can take advantage of the opportunity.
