Landmark Tower

Once you start, head towards this landmark! You can see it from the store. As a symbol of Minato Mirai, it is the second tallest skyscraper in Japan. The view from the observation deck is breathtaking!

Nippon Maru & Kishamichi Promenade

One of the highlights is seeing the sailing ship Nippon Maru floating on the water. Those interested can also tour the inside (admission fee required). Nearby, you can see the Kishamichi Promenade, which connects the area near Sakuragicho Station to World Porters. Kishamichi is a walkway built on the former railway line, offering a scenic and leisurely route.

Cosmo World & World Porters

A theme park in the middle of the city? Cosmo World offers free admission, and you pay per ride. Perfect for thrill-seekers! Next to Cosmo World is the famous shopping complex, World Porters, where you can find stylish items and trendy products. Many people, both locals and visitors, enjoy shopping here.

Cup Noodles Museum

A museum dedicated to the familiar “Nissin Cup Noodles.” You can learn about the history of instant noodles and see exhibits of limited edition products that were released in the past. You can also experience creating your own original Cup Noodles.

Red Brick Warehouse and Marine & Walk

A historic building constructed during the Meiji era, often hosting events on both weekdays and weekends. Nearby, Marine & Walk, which opened in 2016, is a commercial facility featuring many stylish shops. Don’t miss the Instagram-worthy photo spots!

Keihin Ferry Boat Cruising

This is not a typical spot, but it’s our top recommended activity! The cruise ship by “Keihin Ferry Boat,” which we frequently collaborated with when we operated a cycling tour business, offers an exhilarating experience! Enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view from the open deck and feel the sea breeze as you take a boat trip around Yokohama Harbor. Give it a try!

Zou-no-Hana Park and Osanbashi Hall

Zou-no-Hana Park, opened to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the port’s opening, offers a fantastic sense of openness. Nearby, the rooftop plaza of Osanbashi is also a popular spot! From the rooftop of Osanbashi (nicknamed “the Whale’s Back”), you can enjoy views of the three Yokohama towers: Kanagawa Prefectural Office (King’s Tower), Yokohama Customs House (Queen’s Tower), and Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall (Jack’s Tower). There’s an urban legend that seeing all three towers simultaneously will make your wish come true, known as the “Yokohama Three Towers Story.” Please note that bicycles are not allowed in the park, so kindly use the nearby parking facilities.

Yamashita Park and Marine Tower

Yamashita Park, Yokohama’s most famous park, was created by reclaiming land with debris from the 1923 Great Kanto Earthquake. This park is filled with attractions, including flower beds, song monuments, and various memorials, making it a popular spot for visitors on both weekdays and weekends. Don’t miss Marine Tower, located just across from the park, as it is also a must-see spot!

Chinatown

If you’re hungry, head to Chinatown! It’s a must-visit during your Yokohama tour. Besides dining in the many restaurants, many people enjoy a “walk-and-eat” style with various street food stalls. Since Chinatown can be crowded, please walk your bicycle through the area.

Chinatown Part 2: Pan-Fried Soup Dumplings

Our staff recommends the pan-fried soup dumplings at “Houtenkaku.” If you enjoy walk-and-eat style, be sure to give them a try!

Chinatown Part 3: Kanteibyo Temple and Shumai BAR

Not a dining spot, but Chinatown is home to the famous Kanteibyo Temple. It enshrines Guan Yu, known from the “Romance of the Three Kingdoms.” Credited with inventing the abacus and revered as the god of commerce, Guan Yu is a spiritual pillar for the Chinese diaspora conducting business in foreign lands.

Yokohama Stadium and Bashamichi

Near Chinatown is Yokohama Stadium, commonly known as “Hamasta.” It’s Japan’s first multi-purpose stadium and the home ground of the Yokohama BayStars, a professional baseball team in the Central League. On your way back, you can pass through Bashamichi, where you’ll find historical buildings like the Kanagawa Prefectural Office, Yokohama Customs House, Customs Museum, and the NYK Maritime Museum.

Iekei Ramen: Ramen Yoshimura-ya

Even after returning your rental bike to our shop, your adventure isn’t over! Next to our bike port is the most famous ramen shop in Kanagawa: Ramen Yoshimura-ya, the birthplace of Yokohama’s soul food, Iekei Ramen. You’ll have to wait in line to try it, but it’s a must for understanding Yokohama. The rich pork bone broth ramen is definitely worth it!
